Default Username and Password for Okidata C3400
I had some difficulties finding the default username and password for a networked Okidata C3400. Turns out is a bit unique, at least in comparison to most default passwords. Hope this helps.
Username: root
Password: the last six of your printer’s MAC address. Do not include dashes and it is case sensitive.
I didn’t verify this, but it wouldn’t surprise me that this password would also work on the other Oki models such as the C3600, C5650, etc.

Just FYI.
I just had to fix an OKIdata C3400 at a friends office, and it wouldn’t accept username root, but it worked with username of “admin”, password was the last 6 of the mac address, all in uppercase.
